Bamboo is a reliable flooring product, but only if it is made well by an experienced manufacturer using quality stalks, adhesives, and milling equipment. The Bamboo flooring market has been flooded in recent years with poorly manufactured material. All of our bamboo companies make their flooring from bamboo plantations -- not from wild habitats. They are all individually the manufacturer and distributors of their products. The bamboo is guaranteed to grow to its full maturity so that it will be at its strongest. Bamboo is a highly renewable resource, harvestable only four to six years after being planted. Its low moisture absorption properties make it ideal for humid climates and applications where moisture might pose a challenge for other types of flooring. Our companies use adhesives that either comply with E1 standards (the strictest in the world) and/or are completely Formaldehyde Free.
