PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Purchaser acknowledges that INDIGO, LLC neither provides nor has any responsibility for any product or installation warranties, oral or written, expressed or implied, including the IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Products are warranted by the manufacturer only and in the event of any product or installation defects, purchaser shall seek remedies solely from the manufacturer or installer, regardless of the legal theory or recovery.

Upon acceptance of delivery, Purchaser acknowledges that the product is received undamaged and the order quantity is fulfilled. If the product comes damaged, do not sign the waiver or accept the shipment. If product is otherwise damaged, due to a factory defect, contact INDIGO, LLC.
