If you choose to return a standard item that is not defective, first call INDIGOGreen to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without RMA will not be accepted by manufacturers. No return of actual product will be accepted at INDIGOGreen showroom.

• Only regularly stocked items can be returned. No returns are accepted on special orders, clearance, sales, or discontinued items.
• 15 day return policy with INDIGO, LLC.
• Purchaser is responsible for a 35% Restocking/Handling Fee
• Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges that apply.
• Returned items must be in sellable condition. Only undamaged, unopened packages and full-length accessories will be accepted. Pallets must be fully banded and properly packed for safe shipment and ready for pickup.
• There are NO returns on all custom countertops.

Upon acceptance of return from manufacturer, INDIGOGreen we will issue a credit or refund, less 35 % restocking fee ($200.00 minimum) and all freight charges.
